Caffeine

Caffeine is a nervous system stimulant contained in coffee, tea, chocolate and most manufactured fizzy drinks.

Caffeine may cause difficulty sleeping if taken before going to bed.

Caffeine gives people a false sense of feeling well while living in a state of fatigue. Long term fatigue is harmful to health, and may be a contributing factor in health disorders. Instead of consuming caffeine, have a healthy diet and lifestyle, and enough sleep.

Caffeine may be harmful for people with certain disorders affecting the nervous system.
